The AV Engineer is responsible for the generation of all engineering documentation; proposal drawings, shop drawings, bills of material and scope of work. Completing engineering tasks as required while maintaining schedules and deadlines.  Engineer may require interaction with the client via site visits or phone.


  • Create full BOM based on Sales Team opportunity requests
  • Create and deliver demonstrations, presentations, prototypes, POC/POV and map features/benefits of client's products to prospects specific needs
  • Develop engineered solutions that map customer business requirements
  • Generate technical scopes of work (SOW) and detailed design narratives for engineered solutions
  • Analyze blueprints, construction drawings, and technical/functional design specifications to prepare compliant engineered solutions
  • Research emerging technologies in support of A/V solutions
  • Interface with product and distribution partners to obtain systems, device, and equipment pricing during engineering process
  • Maintain quality assurance by following organization standards
  • Willing to participate in advanced industry trainings to obtain certifications
  • Perform internal trainings on various AV technologies
  • Associate or Bachelor Degree or equivalent work/related experience

Job Title:

Project Manager
Dept: Project Management / Operations

This person will plan, execute, and finalize AV and digital signage national installation projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager, PMP will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. This position requires a person with excellent communication skills, organizational skills, construction installation project management and general knowledge of systems integration in the digital signage, audio visual industry. 


  • Works with internal and external parties to organize the various components needed to initiate, run and conclude projects 

  • Documents and tracks conversations with internal and external parties in relation to projects 

  • Mitigates risks that would impact the ability to bring a project in at or below budget 

  • Ensures a safe working environment for the employee’s, technicians, and contractors 

  • Process and react quickly to last minute changes and requests – often times beyond normal business hours  

  • Knows the scope of a project  

  • Follow-up of day to day shipments to and from field operations/installers  

  • Manages field operations installations, making sure all project requirements are completed timely, under budget.  

  • Builds and executes project plans, schedules, updates and details to the customer and project team  

  • Maintains project budget, tracks and manages job costs  

  • Processes paperwork and reports required for the project including budget progress reports, back charges, project photos, installer invoices etc.  

  • Work closely and reviews CAD designs and scope of work with design team for accuracy and consistency  

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; escalating to Technical Support Team if needed; following up to ensure resolution  

  • Initiate and follow up on RMA’s (returns) with client and technician 

  • Travel to new site locations may be required (often at last minute)  

  • Attend and participate in training and course work required for new products and services 

  • 3-4 years AV and/or Construction project management or project coordination experience preferred  
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field preferred
  • Must possess ability to perform successfully in fast-paced, deadline driven atmosphere  
  • Must be capable of building a project plan  
  • Must understand the various project billing methods and create a schedule of values (AIA, progressive, project completed etc.) 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
  • Strong computer skills including Internet, Excel/Word/Outlook, database and project management programs  
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and experience in organizing others as well as keeping on task

Job Title:

Customer Service Lead

To provide superior customer service to PTG clients efficiently and effectively. 


  • Manage BMC Board (Flipping)
  • Manage onboarding / training of new hires
  • Approve NOC team PTO
  • Manage learning path for NOC Team members
  • Create individual NOC Team member goals
  • Write and give 90-day reviews, performance appraisals; address performance issues
  • Lead department team meetings
  • Provide daily support to NOC team members addressing any client and/or tech issues
  • Manage internal tracking system for service jobs including Sage boards, WorkMarket, Zendesk, and client Web Portals if necessary
  • Troubleshoot service requests prior to dispatching technicians for service calls
  • Create Scope of Work (SOW) for service dispatches
  • Communicate SOW to Field Services for technicians sourcing
  • Communicate SOW to technicians for efficient and timely dispatches
  • Create and update Right-Hand and Left-Hand Side notes in Zendesk specific to each client supported
  • Request set up for new clients through Accounting and ensure information is in all systems as required
  • Create and update technician PO’s in Sage
  • Create and update Client SO’s in Sage
  • Follow Client Service Level Agreements (SLA) and communicate any concerns with meeting SLA’s as they may arise
  • Request technicians pre-sourcing from Field Services via Zendesk to HubSpot
  • Determine best technicians to assign to a service dispatch based on qualifications and Scope of Service Request
  • Manage costs for service calls to be within the approved budget as determined by each customer and per Service Level Agreements (SLA), as applicable
  • Issue WorkMarket assignments to technicians or create SOW, COC, PO, etc. and send directly to technicians if outside of WorkMarket
  • Communicate and confirm technician assignments to ensure successful dispatches
  • Work with Engineering, as needed, to make sure proper equipment is being specified / quoted for replacements and / or enhancements
  • Generate quote in Sage and obtain client approval, if necessary
  • Coordinate the shipment of equipment, if necessary
  • Ensure technicians successfully completed the service job; collect COC, pictures, etc. and confirm technician PO amount
  • Communicate any issues or concerns relating to the client to Sales
  • Upload all necessary documentation into the internal storage system
  • Task the Business Manager to bill and close job out


  • Associate’s Degree or related experience

  • Detail oriented

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Account Coordinator or other relevant experience

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively on all levels

  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office

  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
