PURPOSE

The Project Coordinator supports an organization's sales operations team including managing schedules, creating sales documents and proposals, generating reports related to project activities and revenue data, as well as handling customer service and prioritizing customer requests. The Project Coordinator is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare and process sales orders and process RMA, follow-up on the return of equipment
  • Submit reports and all other required paperwork as directed, accurately and timely
  • Document information as logging emails and phone calls to/from client
  • Process and book travel requests and expense reports for Project Managers
  • Work with accounting to process technician paperwork
  • Handle customer requests in the absence of Project Manager
  • Communicate and update PM’s calendar, travel schedule
  • Assist in the rollout of larger projects and/or act as PM on smaller installation accounts
  • Follow up with customer and provide updates to PM
  • Handle incoming calls/service requests from PTG clients; troubleshoot to determine whether a technician is necessary
  • Ensure that all post service call steps are taken including; confirm all necessary equipment is shipped to the site/technician, verify technician is on site for scheduled date and time, receive approval from the client regarding the service call, document all aspects of the service call, request all necessary paperwork from the technician, tasks accounting to bill client and pay technician, close the ticket
  • Assist the team in any other capacity as deemed necessary

 

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Computer experience (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
  • High level of initiative and work well in a team environment

AV ENGINEER

PURPOSE

The AV Engineer is responsible for the generation of all engineering documentation; proposal drawings, shop drawings, bills of material and scope of work. Completing engineering tasks as required while maintaining schedules and deadlines.  Engineer may require interaction with the client via site visits or phone.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create full BOM based on Sales Team opportunity requests
  • Create and deliver demonstrations, presentations, prototypes, POC/POV and map features/benefits of client's products to prospects specific needs
  • Develop engineered solutions that map customer business requirements
  • Generate technical scopes of work (SOW) and detailed design narratives for engineered solutions
  • Analyze blueprints, construction drawings, and technical/functional design specifications to prepare compliant engineered solutions
  • Research emerging technologies in support of A/V solutions
  • Interface with product and distribution partners to obtain systems, device, and equipment pricing during engineering process
  • Maintain quality assurance by following organization standards
  • Willing to participate in advanced industry trainings to obtain certifications
  • Perform internal trainings on various AV technologies
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate or Bachelor Degree or equivalent work/related experience

PURPOSE

The Account Manager is the liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams.  This position has the opportunity for advancement into National Business Development.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
  • Work with your team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solution proposals according to customer needs and objectives
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
